Cancellation Policy

We get it, sometimes plans change abruptly, and that’s why at FlyTripFare, we do our best to make cancellations as easy as possible. We have updated our cancellation policy to minimize penalties in case of extreme weather, environmental or political events that may unexpectedly delay or cancel flights by the airline and for other circumstances.

We will keep you apprised if there are changes to your itinerary ahead of the planned departure, which may or may not affect your travel plans. If your flight is cancelled, we will cooperate with the airline to offer you an alternative flight within the same class. These changes can be made within the parameters of your original budget and class — so long as the airline accepts.

If changes are made fairly close to the departure time, passengers will have these options:

Refunds: We will always seek to refund you the full amount of your ticket in the event of a flight cancellation, or if the airline makes substantial changes. But this depends on the airline’s policy and the specifics of the cancellation.

Please be aware that adjustment policies are usually issued for adult travellers. No refund or compensation can be granted for flight changes or cancellations due to outside influences. We will contact the airline on your behalf and request a solution when this happens, however, the airline makes the final decision.

Non-Refundable Tickets: Please note that the promotional flight tickets are often non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Status Confirmation: Once you request a cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent from our customer care team. Yet this isn’t a surefire way to receive a refund unless confirmed by the airline or our team.

Fare Rules & Refunds: Refunds depend on the airline’s fare rules and your individual booking conditions. After it is confirmed, the refund would take between 4 to 6 working weeks to process the refund.
