Note: the name of the service is FlyTripFare; also, the content is not limited to booking flights. We are no longer modifying this policy; all services are subject to availability in our sole discretion; prices are subject to change without notice.

Booking and Payment

When you successfully place a booking on FlyTripFare’s website or via our customer support, you are confirming that all details provided are correct and complete. The full payment should be done at the time of booking. You are allowed to pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Zelle and Bank transfers and other options. The payment is processed securely.

Availability and Prices Of The Flights

Flight prices fluctuate according to availability, demand and airline practices. FlyTripFare tries to provide the best available rates but we cannot guarantee that prices or availability will be the same at the time of booking. Flights subject to availability and prices will be confirmed at time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds

Airlines and types of tickets vary with cancellation and refund policies. For cancellation of airline booking or any changes in your booking, reach out to FlyTripFare’s customer support team. Any refunds will be processed as per the airline’s policies and FlyTripFare’s terms.

Changes to Bookings

This could be subject to extra payment based on the airline and fare rules, such as making the booking for another date, or name adjustments. If you need to make any modifications to your flight reservation, you must get in touch with FlyTripFare.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any other required documentation for your destination. FlyTripFare will not be liable for any issues to travel due to improper/ missing documents.

Baggage Policies

Airlines decide what’s included in the fare, and rules may differ based on service, route, etc. When you book your flight, check the airline’s baggage policy.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, and other airlines related changes. We operate as an intermediary between you and the airline and are not liable for any travel delays, cancellations, or other events outside our control.
